Who is Kim Douglas?

I am a stylist, a wife, and a mother of three beautiful children. I have been doing hair for 24 years. I love it! It gets me up every morning. I have been the proud owner of After Image since it opened in 2007.

What drew you to a career in the hair industry?

I like the artistry of doing hair – the textures, shapes and colors. The total makeovers that help my clients look great and feel good about themselves.

What’s the best part about doing hair?

Having the freedom to be creative and to create my own unique style. I really enjoy connecting with my clients, who are as unique as their hair styles.

If you could do one celebrity’s hair, who would it be and why?

I would love to get my hands on Donald Trump’s hair! I am sick of looking at his comb over every week on The Apprentice! I guess money can’t buy everything...g.
