Who is Michelle Bennett?

I am a graduate of Gene Juarez Academy of Beauty where I graduated with honors. While there I received several awards including first place in the Vogue competition. After graduation I decided to continue on with Gene Juarez. I went to the Advanced Training Center in Seattle where I specialized in color and all chemical services. Of the three women who were invited into the program, I was the only one to make it through. I LOVE a challenge and I love learning about the most advanced products and procedures. I strive to be great at what I do. I want every client that sits in my chair to not only be happy when they leave, but to look forward to coming back.

What drew you to a career in the hair industry?

I love to make people feel good about themselves. It allows me to be creative and artistic. I also like the flexibility this job gives me.

What's the best part about doing hair? 

The friendships and bonds that are created when we work together on such a personal level.

If you could do one celebrity's hair, who would it be and why? Ryan Reynolds from The Proposal. He is so cute and funny!
